Breast milk is the ideal food for babies.
Amm!! 1 can substitute breast milk if mothers do not wish to or cannot breastfeed for the first six months. Its balanced formula provides all the nutrients your baby needs for suitable healthy development, providing vitamins, iron and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

They help to strengthen your baby’s natural immune system.
Wash bottle and all accessories thoroughly. Sterilise them in boiling water for 10 minutes or in a suitable sterilisation solution.
Cap the bottle tightly until use.
Always wash your hands carefully before preparing the bottle.
Use water suitable for infants or boil clean water for 5 minutes, pour the recommended amount of lukewarm water (maximum 40°C – 104°F) into the bottle. (See feeding table below).
Add the required number of scoops, levelled with a knife, without pressing the powder down in the scoop. Only use scoop provided in tin. Do not add sugar. (See feeding table below)
Close the bottle and shake it well vertically and horizontally until powder is completely dissolved.
Check milk temperature which must be lukewarm (37°C – 98°F) on the inside of your wrist.
